Atkins Diet Recipes: Best Low Carb Sausage Stuffing (IF)

In partnership with FaveDiets ( ) recipe site, this recipe is a continuation of my Thanksgiving series of recipes. I wanted to get this video uploaded as soon as I could for I knew it was hotly anticipated by some. I gave two options for this recipe, and you can select either one depending on your level of the diet (Phase 1 Induction or post-Induction OWL phase or later). Either recipe is delicious, and works well. The Induction-friendly flax bread recipe ( ) is perhaps closer to a corn-bread stuffing. I will say this moisture is your friend, so if you want to use 1.5 or 2 cups chicken broth, it would not be out of line.

2 pounds of Sausage (or 1# Sausage & 1# ground beef)
5 slices Low Carb bread or 4 batches of Flax Bread
1 cup Chicken Broth
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp Poultry Seasoning
1 cup Onions, chopped
1 cup Celery, chopped
2-3 TBS Butter
Makes 10 Servings.
