Low carb pizza crust tutorial using the fat head/holy grail method. This is a 4 ingredient pizza crust recipe that holds up perfectly under the weight of the toppings. That means you can eat it with your hands! It’s just almond flour, cream cheese, egg and melted cheese. Recipe is as follows:
1 1/2 cups shredded cheese (168 grams) I prefer mozzarella.
1 tbsp cream cheese (optional)
3/4 cup (84 grams) plus an additional 4 tbsp reserved on the side
1 egg
