KETO Cheddar Mug Biscuit | Recipe | Breakfast Sandwich

Here is my recipe for a delicious and versatile KETO mug cheddar biscuit.

1/4 cup almond meal/flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/8 cup shredded cheddar. I used a cheddar and jack mixture
1 lg egg
1 tbs heavy cream
oregano, salt, and pepper to taste (optional)

combine all ingredients well
pour batter into buttered mug
microwave for 1 1/2 minutes

mug cheddar biscuit complete.
